At Kur8ted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
- Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized or custom-made products, final sale items, and intimate apparel. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) you are returning, including all original packaging and tags. Write the RAN on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items
